Orange-Avocado and Fresh Greens Salad
2 pcs large oranges- peeled and sliced
1 large ripe avocado-peeled and sliced
5 cups of iceberg lettuce (sanitized and torn up)
2 tbsp of sliced green onions (sanitized)
- Arrange in a bowl and toss a little bit of the dressing, refrigerate for one hour.
Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar ( 1 sache Splenda®- for Diabetic modification)
½ tsp iodized salt
¼ tsp dried thyme
¼ dried basil
¼ chili powder
- Combine all the above ingredients in a small jar with tight lid, and shake to blend well.
the remaining dressing will be drizzle on your salad.





for me, fresh greens always comes first, thats what my body needs
