450 g Black Cod
1 pc ginger peeled and chopped
1 small head garlic peeled
2 cubes fermented bean curd
2 tbsp fermented bean curd brine
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp stock powder
2 pcs calamansi
spring onion
1/4 a pineapple peeled, sliced
1 green starfruit peeled, sliced
1 mini cucumber peeled, sliced
Fresh greens (lettuce, mint, perilla, coriander…)
Light Vietnamese dipping fish sauce
